IMPORTANT REMINDER

Due to delivery changes, Milk is no longer able to be provided. Please bring enough bread and milk for your stay. If you have additional requirements, please feel free to bring these with you. 

 

 Important guide to booking in

1.       Bookings must be paid in full before being accepted. Until a booking is paid in full, it remains “requested”. Once paid in full, it becomes “Accepted”.

2.       If a member makes a booking and pays in full, this overrides any bookings in a “requested” (or unpaid) state.  Any queries re this rule should be made to the booking officer.

3.       Booking periods are as follows:
            a.       Weekends: Friday and Saturday nights

            b.       Weekdays: Sunday through Thursday nights

 

One Night Booking On Weekends

You are able to make a one night booking for the weekend but only 1 day prior. This is room permitting and not guaranteed. For example, if you want to stay one night Saturday this booking can only be made on Friday. the same applies for Friday night however please be aware that, Acceptance is only on availability.  

 

Reminder: Paying for bookings    

The booking system automatically accepts bookings paid by credit card via PAYPAL. 

Bookings paid via Direct Credit to the bank account are processed in order of transaction date.

Reminder: Lodge Duties        

Everyone is expected to do their fair share to keep the lodge maintained and tidy.       

Nominate yourself on the whiteboard in the main lounge.     

The custodian will nominate people for duties if no volunteers appear.

 

Reminder: Bunk room etiquette      

LWTC lodge is a family-friendly lodge. Please be considerate of other people in the bunkroom areas, and keep noise to a minimum at all times, especially in the evenings.

 

Reminder: When leaving the lodge    

Ensure your room is clean and tidy, vacuumed and made ready for the next group by 4PM

Divide up duties within your group such that a reasonable clean of the lodge is completed, such as bathroom cleaning, showers etc.

Significant effort is put in by members and committee before the season commences to get the lodge ready for you in all respects – please do your part to keep it that way.
